All, so I got myself a few Pico 75W replacements (old version with micro-USB), and all but one flash perfectly. That one flashed successfully, but won't turn on afterwards. I can flash it again when booted into safe mode (holding "+" when plugging in without battery), with the same result. Using af_190624 firmware. The Eleaf tool doesn't recognize the mod, and flashing the original firmware with NFE tools yields the same result: black screen and won't turn on. Any ideas? Thanks!
