Hello is there any plans to support the Wismec luxotic mf with arctic fox please?
Two options are possible:
- waiting for official firmware release;
- start fundraising for https://www.fasttech.com/products/0...hentic-wismec-luxotic-mf-box-variable-voltage - in this case no need to wait for official firmware, the board itself is enough to add support.
Hi, you need just the board for development? just tell how to donate to you and i'll fund it!
i really hate the firmware that is on right now XD
Yes, the board itself is quite enough, and it is even more convenient than the box, cause no need to breakdown it to reproduce PCB schematics
The goal is $20 including shipping with current FT site wide discount (-10%), due to Chinese holidays stock ETA is 10/15/2018.
Perfect it's ok if i donate here ?
No problem, donation link is one for all, thank you
Done! TID 5PY59311VM037083F
hope to change soon this This terrific Default firmware XD
thanks in Advance!
@Fabio785 Thank you! We'll order and keep you updated
Question i got: how do you want to put the firmware on the Luxotic MF? It doesn't come with a mUSB port, so i think, it will be a little tricky to flash that one. Maybe that's why Wismec till now has not released any firmware...
Sure, i would also like AF very much on that mod, even i use it now only at Bypass mode (for regulated vaping, i got my Kami from Torq Mods), but at the moment, i'm a bit scared, that this will not be so easy.
Thanks, that explains, how Joyetech could flash a firmware on it. I had mine dismantled, but only to controll the 510 (so it's not the same leaking one like small Luxotic) and i didn't realized that day to look, where a USB header could be.
Finally, PCB is shipped. Waiting for delivery.
Great News! The battery management on the box is terrific and also the display is always at max brightness with no option to dim it really bad at night
The parcel tracked at customs, should arrive within this week.
I'm so excited this dream may soon come true!
YaaY! Perfect!!! on further note the battery handling on this mod is not good at all!
tried with sammy 40T's and vtc5a with adapter but compared to the pulse X with same battery and atom there's no comparison in battery life!
and i don't like the pulse X firmware as Well but it just works that's it XD!
Thank you, we'll focus on that
So far, I can say that if it is not PCB design related issue, it may be caused by battery contacts and box design in whole.
Anyway, battery profile customizing and setting cutoff voltage may help a little. We'll see
AF default display orientation is on the photo, I do not see the logic in the placement of regulatory buttons above the display.
To enter Safe Mode hold the regulatory button which is located closer to the Avatar Controls logo (left on photo) while connecting USB.
This PCB have no battery charging curcuits, so "charging" indication is disabled.
Hey Maelstorm, I'm watching this 3d since days. Let me be clear with you and say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your work and great handclap for entire AF team.
Thanks also to Fabio785 (mi chiamo Fabio anche io)
