Absolutely. I switched back to my old Predator for that very reason. I bought the Invoke hoping it would be a smaller, lighter, inexpensive upgrade for my Predator. No luck. I don't have any issues with TC mode on the Predator other than it starting off in wattage mode whenever I change the batteries. There may be a fix for that in the AF software, but I never bothered to change it after I first installed AF on the mod. The only other mod I'm currently using is the Smoant Charon 218 TC (no AF for that one). Haven't gotten anything new in a while.

Thanks for the reply. I bought Sigelei mt 220w and sold predator. No af for sigelei, but that beast has the best accuracy that i ever had. Its no dna ofcourse. I gave invoke to gf, she likes the size.

    Hello,

I purchased a Invoke on sale at the local vape shop and immediately put AF, thanks for the hard work, it's great. Just wondering if there was any support for a puff counter on the info screen? Thanks in advance

Can you please explain your issues with TC on the Invoke? In my opinion TC works far better with AF than with its original firmware.

    Hey there,

when i try to install AF to my invoke i got the message: "The firmware file is error"

After that the invoke display is empty / black and i have to re-install the original firmware.

I tryed some usb-cable and some AF firmware (began with af_171114.bin)

    What can i do ?

Hi, does the message also appear when using the latest tool and the latest AF?

So, after 90 post and almost 2 years, it is not solvable with software to be shown all the info on screen. Do someone tried to disasembe and modify the cover od display to be visible the bottom part of display?

I strongly do NOT recommend that - construction is press fit. There's literally no screw to disassemble it. Furthermore would be disassembly without damage more difficult than reassembly and can't be advised to do in a home workshop. So, unless you are ready to end with breaked mod because of a few pixels, do not do it.

    I have another question..
I'm using the last jun.2019 firmware but any time I sync the time on my vape after 2h I see that time is different from real time.
I tried to play even with option Settings -> Clock -> Lirc Speed, but it didn't give me the results.
The I changed in NToolBox: Advanced -> LIRC, but that didnt help again.
    How to solve this issue?
    Thx

Set RTC Mode to LSL, upload settings, disconnect from PC and restart the box.

Remove and then insert back the batteries.

I disassembled my broken Invoke mod and i can tell that it's one of the hardest things i've disassembled. Nearly impossible to do it without scratching it or damaging stuff. You have to disassemble it in a certain way and it includes doing it with parts hanging in cables and so on. really hard to take it apart without breaking the fire button too, and if you don't assemble it in a certain way you won't get the fire button back at all in the right place. It's also very easy to scratch the lcd when sliding out the insides of the mod from the metal case.

Btw, there is 4 screws inside the battery compartment and screws for the battery hatch.. so yes there are screws..
