    Hello everyone,

    In this thread I want to talk about how to create "issues".
    A well-described problem will help to understand the essence of what is happening faster.
    In addition, it helps to avoid unnecessary clarifying questions such as "which version of the ArcticFox you are using?". The more information you provide, the better.

    The most useful information that might be needed:
    1. Device name;
    2. Device hardware version;
    3. ArcticFox version;
    4. If question related to the NFE Tools – NFE Tools version;
    5. If question related to the vaping (eg TC questions) – your coil(s) setup;
    P.S.
    If you are experiencing sometimes some problems, then try to reproduce this situation yourself and write exactly how you did it. This will greatly simplify everything.

    Issues like "nothing works" will be ignored.

    If you're using old build, please spend 10 minutes to read Arcticfox Releases.
    Perhaps other user opened the same issue and it is already fixed.

    Any topic with a question, the answer to which is can be found in documentations, will be ignored.

    Again, I remind you, before creating another thread in the style of "help! nothing works! my box is dead after update!" please search the Forum and read Products Manual.
    If your box does not turn on after firmware update, do following steps:
    • Don't panic;
    • Check and clean USB ports in PC and box;
    • Check and/or replace USB cable;
    • Restart NToolbox | Windows | change USB 2.0 port;
    • Read Products Manual p. 7.3 and follow instructions;
    99% of unsuccessful updates are related to hardware issues, so hardware health is under you responsibility.
    The remaining 1% requires detailed description with listing steps you did and results you got. Otherwise, we can't help.
    Please value and save your and our time. Thanks for reading and uderstanding.
