I tried looking on forums, tried searching on "ArcticFox User Guide" but i cannot find any suggestion to set my box to turn off the screen after batteries are fully charged in a behaviour like "original Joyetech firmware" on my box.
How i need to set AF on my box or with NFETools to obtain that?
Thanks in advanced and sorry for maybe noob question

What do you mean a "full charge"? Displayed 100% battery level does not mean "full charge" ;)
The behavior is exactly the same as OEM firmware: screen will turn off after charge end.
In single cell boxes the "charge end" signal comes from the external IC, and firmware can not control this process, it just listen to discrete charge controller.
In boxes with 2+ cells and software controlled charging, "full charge" means 4,22 volts on any battery. Again, it is a fixed voltage level, not the percentage.
