    Hi guys!

Maybe this sounds crazy, but it is possible to modify firmware, so that, when in use with a dual (or tria) battery mod (like e.g. Wismec Predator), it uses only ONE battery and when its empty it switches to the second one?

idea behind: I used Pico istick with one battery, its not enough for the whole day, so bought Predator. its much better, but ends also at 10 pm. I use it only with 40 Watt (0,5 ohm coils in Melo4) and it would be nice to use the batteries one after the other. I hope you know what I mean, sorry for ma bad english.

    What is that?

Mods with 2 batteries can reach 150 watt or above
It consume more amp and volts to reach their end
how can single battery do the job alone? physics law can't breakable

Then you should get an energy efficient chipset (like DNA75C for example) with one battery :)

Correct me if I am wrong but i believe all the joyetech mods are wired in series. So this isn't a matter of software but hardware. If you had a mod in a parallel configuration it would probably be possible.

Give this a read. They are talking about mechanical mods but is a good read anyway and talks about the differences between series and parallel.

    It was eVic VTC dual.
Coproeconomics -- the consumer should buy new devices as often as possible so devices should die (or become obsolete) in first year of use.
Dual was too good to exist so they don't produce it anymore.
And no one will do. Shut up and buy two mods. New mods because the newest is always the best

    It was kinda faulty.
The battery lid was not exactly a good thing in dual batt setup.
Also there was a lot of overheating.
